Refund and Returns Policy

1. General

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

Our products are food and consumable items. As such, certain returns and refunds are restricted for hygiene and food safety reasons. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong product
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Taste or preference dissatisfaction

Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned.


3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

You are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law if the item you receive:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is unsafe or unfit for consumption
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • Arrives damaged
  • Is not the product you ordered

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and original packaging

4. Major vs Minor Failures (ACL)

Under Australian Consumer Law:

  • For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement
  • For a minor failure, we may provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion

We will assess each claim in accordance with ACL guidelines.


5. Food Safety & Quality Issues

If you believe a product is spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unsafe:

  • Discontinue use immediately
  • Contact us as soon as possible

We may request photos, batch codes, or best-before details for quality assurance and traceability.


6. Return Conditions

Due to food safety regulations:

  • Opened or used food products cannot be returned
  • Unopened products may only be returned if faulty or supplied incorrectly
  • Returns must be approved before being sent back

In some cases, a refund or replacement may be issued without requiring a return.


7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Processed within 5โ€“10 business days
  • Reflected in your account depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the refund is due to our error.


8. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.

10. Australian Consumer Law
